Professionalism deals with the manner with which they present themselves. Are they courteous, knowledgeable and able to educate me in the things I need to know about real estate without making me feel like a fool (i.e. educating the customer gracefully)
Approachability, this deals with how personable they are, are they friendly or welcoming, do they make me feel comfortable around them.

"My fiancé and I were recommended to Kristen from the person handling our pre-approval. The very first meeting we had with her was very comfortable. She was friendly, open and didn't pressure us. She showed us several homes that we were interested in and at one point while out looking at a few of the properties we had seen on the MLS, she said she had been looking around and saw a property that she thought would be perfect for us.
